Krishna Aur Kans’- an animated feature film in 3D is based on the timeless tale of Lord Krishna – one of India’s legendary characters from Indian mythology revered across the globe. The film chronicles his early years – from his birth as the nemesis of his evil uncle Kans, to his combat against innumerable lethal demons- who are sent by none other than Kans to kill Krishna. This enthralling film brings to life Krishna’s various adventures and miracles in an aim to fulfill his aim on earth – to put an end to evil.

The film is tax free for the states such as: Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Kerala, Chhattisgarh and West Bengal on the first day of its release itself. Other states like Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh are also considering to make it tax free ahead of Janmasthami.
After the animated film was declared Tax Free, schools across the states have started bookings for their students. Even corporate, social groups, clubs, religious organisations like ISCKON are booking the shows in advance for their employees and members. .Actors like Juhi Chawla, Manoj Bajpayi, Om Puri, Prachi Save, Anupam Kher, A.K. Hangal, Mukesh Khanna have given their voiceovers in the film for the different characters.
